How do I order?
Terms of sale: All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your account is charged when you place your order. All orders are specified in Australian dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard cards only. Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
All Custom orders are final. A deposit is required upon commencement of work, and needs to be paid in full at the completion of the order. There are no returns on custom orders as considerable time, effort and material is used to create the order to customer specifications. Failure to complete purchase will result in forfeiting the deposit paid.
Who has access to my credit card details?
All payments for goods on GoodOpalco.com.au are processed via a third party provider Paypal. No credit card details are held by The Good Opal Co.
Is your Website Payment System Secure?
Paypal holds all customer details securely. No part of any customers credit card details are stored on our site. An audit history records all activity. All transactions are processed over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections using 128bit encryption to guarantee the security of your details.
If you are not happy with the product you have received or believe it does not represent what you saw when you purchased the item, we will refund you within 30 days of purchasing. Just send the item back to us and we will process your refund less shipping charges and any re-import duties.
Conditions: The item must be in its original condition.
